Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards your treatment total. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this window will allow us to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment date. For cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you fail to attend, the 50% booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to respect the time of both our team and fellow clients, we kindly request timely cancellations or rescheduling. For any cancellations or changes to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
