▪️All appointments to be made via the Fresha online booking system
▪️All clients will be asked to wash their hands on arrival and departure. Hand sanitiser will also be available.
▪️Overshoes will be provided at the door to be worn during appointment. A designated bin for safe disposal on departure.
▪️Please arrive on time for your appointment, if early please wait until your allocated time as I will have a strict cleaning regime to follow in between clients
▪️Please come alone for your appointment. No children allowed
▪️As always I will be wearing the recommended PPE according to government guidelines
▪️As I work from my home I ask you to be respectful as I have my family to protect. I will ask client to wear an appropriate face covering which will be removed for the facial treatment.
▪️Please use your own toilet before the appointment. I do understand on some occasions you may have to use my toilet so I ask you use the appropriate cleansers and hand sanitisers available.
▪️Please do not attend your appointment if you or someone else in your household has any Covid 19 symptoms. Appointments can be re-arranged. During this initial transition period my cancellation policy will be kept in place BUT cancellation fees MAY be wavered accordingly.
▪️Please only bring necessary item to your appointment eg phone, car keys. All items will be placed in a sanitised box with lid during your visit. Phones are not permitted to be used during your treatment time.
▪️Payment will be taken via the Fresha system or Sum Up card machine and no cash will be accepted. If purchasing skincare the card machine will be used for payment.
▪️Consultation forms will now be emailed electronically and required to be filled in and sent back BEFORE the appointment. The salon will now be a paperless environment. All data will be stored according to GDPR rules as previous
▪️Consultations will be carried out via FaceTime or Zoom to cut down the contact time for the time being, this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
▪️These practices are subject to change on an ongoing basis and will be updated accordingly so please check before booking an appointment.
**There will be no blankets on the couch only disposable or single use items. All towels will be freshly laundered (as usual) for each client**

If you have had the following
Covid 19 vaccine
You must be patch tested for tints, lash lifts and chemical peels
This is due to increased sensitivity after suffering covid or having the vaccine. I’m asking clients who have had their vaccine to wait 2 weeks post vaccine for their treatments. You must also disclose this information on your booking/consultation forms
